Green Project Management® with certification

Create value and sustainable development within your company

Make a difference with Green Project Management®

It is no longer enough to simply be “good” at efficient project management. We must be able to do it sustainably. But how to go about that? Plan A offer courses in Green Project Management® (GPM®), a concept developed by the organisation Green Project Management®, to make it easier for companies to take responsibility for both the environment and society.

The fundamental basis of GPM® is concrete methods and standards, which make it easier for you to implement sustainable principles into the company’s projects. GPM® is easy to work with and requires no special qualifications – other than the desire to make a difference to the outside world.

Green future-proofing of the company

When you choose GPM®, you future-proof your company. You show that you have taken an active stand on sustainability, and you are directly linked to the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. It will provide you with a business edge – both in relation to your employees, business partners, and the world around you.

The advantages of Green Project Management®

A sustainable focus in project management is well on its way to becoming the norm worldwide. Globally, social and environmental perspectives are necessary for an essential and sustainable development. This also applies to project management, and at Plan A Projects we work to change the world one project at a time.

A green addition to an existing strategy

With GPM® you can bring focus to the social and environmental aspects that come with your project. The method enables the project managers to facilitate a more sustainable way to run projects.

Minimises risk and reduces costs

A sustainable approach to project management opens the possibility of minimising risk, reducing costs, and creating a more sustainable value chain.

Clear-cut business decisions

You will obtain the ability to see and understand the project's strategic goal in a larger context, where also economy, social aspects, and environmental wants are in focus.

Efficient use of resources

You will become better at using your resources – socially, environmentally, as well as economically.

Global standards locally

Put change on the agenda. Be among the first to change both nationally, regionally, and locally by implementing globally recognised solutions, which are already being used by big global brands and companies.

The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals

The purpose of Green Project Management® is to make it easier for you to promote sustainability in your projects’ daily work – but there is also a wider aim. GPM® has an avowed focus on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. For this reason, GPM® has been devised, so that the method supports the 17 goals and the gains you receive as a company by working actively with the goals – also in social and environmental areas.

As a company, no matter how you choose or wish to work with the Sustainable Development Goals, this form of project management is a tool that makes it easy to link your projects directly to the global goals.
