Agile project management

• Why agility is relevant, and how you use it in collaboration with Web 3.0 when conducting a project.
• Agile fundamentals.
• Which agile frameworks are designed to do what, and how they can coexist.
• Structuring, framing, and organising the project.
• Compiling user needs.
• Facilitating specification workshops.
• Two-level planning – both for the entire building phase and for the coming sprint/iteration.
• Facilitating the building phase in the form of sprints/iterations and likewise shifts.
