Sustainable Projects for Web 3.0 (NFT, DAO, Metaverse) with certification

Learn why sustainability is relevant and how to apply it in conjunction with Web 3.0

Getting insight into your company’s and your industry’s obligations and commitment to sustainability.

Right now, the Web 3.0 economy (including NFT, metaverse, and DAO) shows signs of being USD 13,000,000,000,000 by the year 2030.

Therefore, for the first time, we have combined sustainability and agile project management for Web 3.0 projects.

You will learn how to operationally execute sustainable Web 3.0 projects from start to finish. E.g., how to do an NFT collection and drop it, how you begin in the metaverse, and how your DAO should look – based on the scope of the project.

The approach is designed for both teams that are geographically distributed and/or work on the same location.

Scheduled Courses

Benefits for the course participant
After completing the course each participant will be able to:

  • Contribute to sustainability through your Web 3.0 projects.
  • Deliver sustainable Web 3.0 projects on time – or ahead of time.
  • Frame and structure sustainable Web 3.0 projects.
  • Create structured data that can be used quickly and efficiently to adjust the project deliverable and the features of the deliverable. All in collaboration with the steering group, the client, the supplier, and others influencing the Web 3.0 project’s value creation in the entire scope of the sustainability, until the deliverables are to be redeployed.
  • Create better results – and faster.
  • Conduct projects online.
  • Work in a way that makes job satisfaction and energy level come together month after month.
  • Ensure learning during the entirety of the Web 3.0 project.
  • Create transparency in the project.

  • Make sure that the value of sustainability that the projects create can be reported.

Benefits for the company

  • Opportunity to make your Web 3.0 projects sustainable.
  • Better chance of complying with the sustainability legislation in force.
  • Make visible the value of sustainability that your Web 3.0 projects create by reporting to, e.g., the UN.
  • Transparency in how your company wishes to contribute to sustainability.
  • Attracting and retaining those employees, who find that sustainability is important.
  • Opportunity to reuse specifications from one Web 3.0 project to another similar project. Here we have seen a reduction in time of up to 80% of the specification work.
  • New employees become adept at implementing Web 3.0 project deliverables.
  • Quicker project completion by less do-over work.
  • Value creation early on in the building phase. This provides the company with the flexibility to redeploy employees if priorities change.
  • Implementing this agile project model becomes manageable if you have a stage-gate project model.
  • A joint Web 3.0 project approach to be used across the company.
  • When you chose this project approach in the collaboration with your suppliers, the company’s employees tend to be more familiar with the project approach than the changing suppliers. This increases job satisfaction and ensures the necessary insight into the Web 3.0 project’s course.

    UN Sustainability Goals

The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals are designed to help nations act more sustainably. To also ensure companies’ contribution to a more sustainable world, the UN has established the SDG Ambition. As the projects most often take place under the aegis of companies, we use SDG Ambition as a framework for sustainability.

Historically speaking, projects have typically related primarily to economy. But now the UN broadens the concept of value to also include the environment, social relationships, economy, partnerships, and peace.

The sustainable focus of the course provides an understanding that it is no longer enough for the project to simply centre on sustainability up till the day of delivery, as a large part of the impact comes from the products created by the individual project. This is why a much longer time frame is needed.

The broader understanding of value and the longer time frame entails a substantial increase in the number of sources able to influence the project. Therefore, it is crucial that the project approach is created for quick and efficient adaptation.
