Right now, the Web 3.0 economy (including NFT, metaverse, and DAO) shows signs of being USD 13,000,000,000,000 by the year 2030.
Therefore, for the first time, we have combined sustainability and agile project management for Web 3.0 projects.
You will learn how to operationally execute sustainable Web 3.0 projects from start to finish. E.g., how to do an NFT collection and drop it, how you begin in the metaverse, and how your DAO should look – based on the scope of the project.
The approach is designed for both teams that are geographically distributed and/or work on the same location.
At the course we work with:
A general case illustrating how to conduct a sustainable agile project in Web 3.0. Furthermore, you will get to apply what you learn to your own company.

Sustainable Projects Community
In continuation of the course, you will become part of the Sustainable Projects Community, where you can participate in our sustainability networking events, workshops in Denmark, get access to educational videos, and get invited to the most influential sustainability and Web 3.0 conferences, such as World Economic Forum, the UN General Assembly, SXSW, Cannes Lions, and Consensus. Here you will get the opportunity to talk and network. The community can strengthen your network locally and globally within sustainability in the world as we know it today and in Web 3.0.
The course is aimed at project managers, sustainability employees, team leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, project participants, PMO members, mid-level managers, and others, who wish to learn how to carry through sustainable Web 3.0 projects on time. No qualifications are needed to participate in the course.
The course prepares you for the certification Sustainable Agile. The certification is included in the price.
The course is conducted by using blended learning. Before the course starts, we encourage the participants to spend a couple of hours preparing for the course and watch around two hours of educational videos. The videos relate to the agile part of the project approach and take you from start to finish in the project. The video preparation enables us to spend the course hours more effectively, focus on practical case exercises, relating to actual daily work, and finally reflection. This teaching method increases learning significantly compared to the traditional course learning. The spoken word is Danish, but the written material is in English.
All classes can be done online, so it is up to you whether you wish to participate in person or online. We use top-of-the-line conference equipment to ensure our online participants an optimal experience.
Before the course, all participants receive free access to a total of 6-7 hours of educational videos complete with exercises, and when the course is finished, the participants keep this free access to the same videos for 30 days. Check out a sample here.

The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals are designed to help nations act more sustainably. To also ensure companies’ contribution to a more sustainable world, the UN has established the SDG Ambition. As the projects most often take place under the aegis of companies, we use SDG Ambition as a framework for sustainability.
Historically speaking, projects have typically related primarily to economy. But now the UN broadens the concept of value to also include the environment, social relationships, economy, partnerships, and peace.
The sustainable focus of the course provides an understanding that it is no longer enough for the project to simply centre on sustainability up till the day of delivery, as a large part of the impact comes from the products created by the individual project. This is why a much longer time frame is needed.
The broader understanding of value and the longer time frame entails a substantial increase in the number of sources able to influence the project. Therefore, it is crucial that the project approach is created for quick and efficient adaptation.
