It is important that those responsible for the project know how to take the social, environmental and economic consequences into account. This is where the GPM-b certification comes in – it allows professionals to demonstrate their knowledge in this area.
However, the GPM-b certification is not just about sustainability – it also allows professionals to improve the design and delivery of goods and services produced as project deliverables. It’s the perfect approach for anyone who wants to make a difference in project management.

When you choose Sustainable Project Management, you future-proof your company. You show that you have taken an active stand on sustainability, and you are directly linked to the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. It will provide you with a business edge – both in relation to your employees, business partners, and the world around you.
A sustainable focus in project management is well on its way to becoming the norm worldwide. Globally, social and environmental perspectives are necessary for an essential and sustainable development. This also applies to project management, and at Plan A Projects we work to change the world one project at a time.
With Sustainable Project Management you can bring focus to the social and environmental aspects that come with your project. The method enables the project managers to facilitate a more sustainable way to run projects.
A sustainable approach to project management opens the possibility of minimising risk, reducing costs, and creating a more sustainable value chain.
You will obtain the ability to see and understand the project's strategic goal in a larger context, where also economy, social aspects, and environmental wants are in focus.
You will become better at using your resources – socially, environmentally, as well as economically.
Put change on the agenda. Be among the first to change both nationally, regionally, and locally by implementing globally recognised solutions, which are already being used by big global brands and companies.
